SmartRATE Dry

SmartRATE Dry from SmartSOLUTIONS makes it easy to sow and/or dose seeds and/or granulates via ISOBUS. The system doses and switches the machine on or off at the headland or in case of overlap. This ensures an even emergence and less waste of granulate seed. The module can dose 2 (in the future 4) products simultaneously and independently of each other and section switching (up to 8 sections) is also an option. SmartRATE Dry can control various types of implements of all brands: front tanks, granulate bins, camshaft seeders and APV sets. The system has a PWM output for controlling hydraulic motors or electric motors (15A) via a built-in DC-Driver module. Operation and readout was via ISOBUS UT/TC (Task Control) screens, the system can work with task cards and logs the actual dosage. In short: easy installation and many options such as an option for work lighting.

SmartPLOUGH Hardware

The set consists of an ECU/Control unit and wiring that connects to the ISOBUS on one side and to the control and speed transmitters of the machine on the other side.
