Bringing 3 SmartSOLUTIONS innovations to AGRITECHNICA!

Homburg Holland will showcase 3 innovations in the realm of SmartSOLUTIONS at AGRITECHNICA. Since 2016, Homburg has been independently developing intelligent solutions for precision agriculture applications such as tool, leveling, and plow control. After four years and the pandemic, the largest European agricultural fair, AGRITECHNICA, returns to Hannover this November. Naturally, Homburg will be present, featuring both their renowned Draincleaners and the SmartSOLUTIONS.

3 Innovations with Precision

SmartCONTROL USC

The 1^st innovation is the ISOBUS section control SmartCONTROL USC. Based on the Homburg SmartCONTROL system, with the addition of I/O modules, up to 48 sections can now be controlled with 12V. Each I/O module can manage up to a maximum of 8 sections and deliver up to 3A per section. SmartCONTROL USC is connected to the tractor via the ISOBUS socket and is compatible with almost every ISOBUS VT display with TC (TaskController) functionality.

SmartSTEER Upgrade

The 2^nd innovation is the compatibility of the SmartSTEER tool control with the latest generation of Case and New Holland tractors with GPS preparation. With this, Homburg offers a Plug & Play tool control solution that, through ISOBUS UT, seamlessly integrates into the latest Case AFS Pro 1200 displays and/or New Holland IntelliView™ 12 monitors.

Dual-channel SmartSTOPnGO

The 3^rd innovation is the dual-channel SmartSTOPnGO. SmartSTOPnGO is an ISOBUS-based grid module designed for purposes such as tree planting. The new dual-channel version allows for the addition of fertilizers or the placement of posts in the row. The SmartSTOPnGO is also connected via ISOBUS and can be operated on the ISOBUS RTK display.

Ekobot Signs Distributor Agreement for the Netherlands

Ekobot AB has entered into a distribution agreement with Homburg Holland for the Netherlands. Under this agreement, Ekobot's autonomous robot systems for mechanical weed control will be exclusively sold by Homburg Holland in the Netherlands. The full press release can be read here.

Activities of Holland Agri Machinery BV to be taken over by Homburg Holland and Lasse Doornbos

Homburg Holland and Lasse Doornbos have entered into a partnership and have taken over the activities of Holland Agri Machinery BV. HAM exports agricultural implements worldwide and will expand this even further. Lasse will remain available for Homburg Holland 1 day a week. Read more...
