New Compatibility added to the Homburg SmartSTEER implement steering platform.

Homburg is proud to announce that SmartSTEER implement steering is now also compatible with the latest Case and New Holland steer-ready-platforms. This latest development will be introduced during AGRITECHNICA 2023.

With that, Homburg offers a plug and play implement steering solution which, via ISOBUS UT, seamlessly integrates in the latest Case AFS Pro 1200 displays and/or New Holland IntelliView™ 12 monitors.

SmartSTEER is the most advanced, most proven and easy to use implement steering solution on the market. It does not only bring highest accuracy steering but also brings operator assistance by the integrated headland assistant. SmartSTEER can on headlands automatically pause and resume or instead of pausing center the implement behind the tractor. Even more, for wheel steering our standard package includes:

Smart Follow Tractor mode which makes pulled planters steer straight into next AB line without the need for reversing
Reversing in the AB line
Smart Reverse Steering on the headland: we will, using GPS, steer implement straight behind the tractor while reversing, also when making a curve! This allows the operator to easily push a trailed implement easily into a corner of the headland.

Installation

SmartSTEER is easy to install and comes with English or German manual. The steering module connects via main harness to the ISOBUS IBBC connector of the tractor, receiver, valve and wheel angle sensor. For Grimme planters, dedicated plug & play kits are available.

Ekobot Signs Distributor Agreement for the Netherlands

Activities of Holland Agri Machinery BV to be taken over by Homburg Holland and Lasse Doornbos

Homburg Holland and Lasse Doornbos have entered into a partnership and have taken over the activities of Holland Agri Machinery BV. HAM exports agricultural implements worldwide and will expand this even further. Lasse will remain available for Homburg Holland 1 day a week. Read more...
