Homburg Draincleaners can be used for multiple purposes. For example, public works contractors use our drain jetter to detect and remove blockages in sewer systems. Shaftleading set

Different shaftleading sets are available for small to large sewer pits. Our smallest set is suitable for sewer pits with a diameter of 30-70 cm (12- 27.5 in). The next option is 40-70 cm (16-27.5 in) and the largest set works with a diameter of 70 cm (27.5 in) and larger.

Traffic lights

Safety comes first. Homburg Draincleaners can be fitted with a lighting set that includes rear lights and reflector panels.

Nozzles

Homburg Holland offers a variety of nozzles. We have the right nozzle for any situation. All nozzles supply the same amount of water, but the pressure can vary due to the number of spray holes.

Detection

Homburg Holland offers two types of detection sets. The first set works with a transmitter that sends a signal from the nozzle, while the other set works with a fully traceable wire that runs over the length of the flushing hose.

Homburg Dynamic Drive

Homburg Holland has developed a fully automated drive system that enables users to achieve optimal drain cleaning results. Available as an optional addition to all Draincleaner models.

Features of the Homburg Dynamic Drive:

Obstacle Safeguard: If the system detects an obstacle, the machine stops feeding the hose. After this the system will go through a programmed procedure for removing the obstacle.
Traction Control: As soon as the system detects hose slippage it will stop, thus eliminating unnecessary wear and tear.
Distance Control: You can select the distance you want the hose to enter the pipe and once this has been reached, the Homburg HPE hose is wound back onto the Draincleaner.
Auto Stop: Once the desired procedure is finished, the machine will automatically stop and the water pressure on the Homburg HPE hose will be switched off.

For over 50 years, the Homburg Draincleaners are manufactured in our own factory. This guarantees that our Homburg Draincleaners are of the highest quality in every way. Your tailor-made Draincleaner is exactly assembled to your specifications in our high-tech assembly shop. Because we manufacture everything in-house, you can be confident that your machine will be delivered correctly and on time.

Training and Warranty

With the delivery of your drain jetter, you will receive a clear user guide. Of course, field training is also an option. As standard, Homburg Draincleaners come with a one-year warranty.

Cleaning drainage pipes in a sustainable way with hydro jetting

Economical to use: Efficient at a lower speed

All machines come equipped with two pressure gauges (manometers), one for water pressure and one for hydraulic pressure. When there is an increase in hydraulic pressure, it is easy to tell when your drainage pipes are dirty. Each Homburg Draincleaner has a maximum pump capacity of 135 l/min at 540 rpm and requires a maximum water volume of 80 l/min when in use. The pump system of a Homburg Draincleaner is designed in such a way that the pump works more efficiently at lower speeds and is therefore more economical.

Advantages of our Homburg Draincleaner

Homburg Draincleaners use a low pump pressure of 35 bar (500 PSI), resulting in a nozzle pressure of 10 to 12 bar (145 to 175 PSI), ensuring safe operation. The special HPE hose is inserted into the drainage pipe, allowing the special nozzle to flush the pipe and ensure that the dirt is quickly removed. Previously, drainage systems were cleaned at a pressure of 100 bar (1450 PSI), which could cause significant damage to the soil structure or the drainage pipe. Because our drain jetters use low pressure, these issues are avoided, and your drainage system is less likely to be damaged.
